Welcome back everyone. As usual, I'm sitting here looking at the AIAgenstore.ai page, which you know is where we always track down these tools. And today we are focusing on Amana Agent AI. Aaron Powell Yeah, Amana is um it's a really interesting one for us to analyze today. It's essentially this closed source, totally no-code platform for building custom voice and chat agents. Aaron Powell Right. So no coding required. Aaron Ross Powell Exactly. Yeah. You really don't need a development team to get this up and running. It's uh it's entirely visual. Aaron Powell Okay, wait, I'm getting stuck on that visual part. Like if it's just following some flow chart you draw out, I mean, how is that any different from those awful, you know, press one for sales, press two for support menus? Aaron Powell Well, because it's not actually a rigid path. And this is where we get into the uh the autonomy rating, which sits right around 61 percent. Oh wow, 61 percent. Yeah. So think of it like Amana has these business objects, right? And they're basically like Lego blocks of your company's data. So your return policy, your shipping rules, um troubleshooting steps, things like that. Right. And the AI has that 61% autonomy because it uses natural language processing to actually figure out what your customer is asking. Uh, gotcha. Right. And then it independently picks which Lego block to use to sort of build the perfect answer. Aaron Powell Okay. So it's less like handing your whole operation over to a chaotic robot that might just, you know, offer everyone free cars. Aaron Powell Yeah, definitely not that. Aaron Powell Right. It's more like uh like a highly trainable digital employee or maybe a really smart switchboard operator. Trevor Burrus Yeah. That's a great way to put it. Like it knows the exact script to use based on what the customer is saying and their tone, but it simply cannot invent a new Lego block if you haven't explicitly approved it. Trevor Burrus, Jr. Exactly. I mean, it operates strictly within the guardrails you map out for it visually. So it trains on your specific knowledge base, but it only goes exactly where you allow it to go, which you know is a massive relief for any business owner who is terrified of AI hallucinations. Aaron Powell Oh, absolutely. And what's really great for you, the listener, you know, whether you run a small business or you manage customer support is the pricing model. It's freemium. Aaron Powell Right. Yeah. The freemium setup is key here. Trevor Burrus, yeah. You literally just start on a free tier to test the waters. And then you only pay usage-based costs as you actually scale up. Aaron Powell Exactly. So the technical and financial barriers to entry are basically just gone. You don't need huge upfront capital and you don't need an IT department to build a whole AI-powered ticketing system. Right. But you know, that does raise a pretty intense question for everyone listening to ponder. Like, as these visual no code builders make it incredibly easy to automate complex customer interactions, what exactly happens to human customer service agents over the next couple of years? Man, that is the question, isn't it? Like, do human agents just become an escalation point for those really extreme edge cases? Or I don't know, maybe we find new ways to inject that human touch where it actually matters. Yeah. It's definitely something to chew on. It really is. Well, if you want to see how these visual builders actually work, definitely head over to aiagentstore.ai and check it out for yourself. And hey, thank you so much for consistently rating the podcast. We really appreciate you tuning in.
